At Ease IT – Indy is owned and operated by Jason Hooks, an IT technician with a background in computer systems and technical support.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science – Cyber and Information Security Technology with a minor in Cybersecurity, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
He currently works professionally as a full-time IT Technician outside of At Ease IT - Indy, helping clients resolve everyday technology problems, including Windows troubleshooting, software issues, system configuration, and general computer support.
Jason is also a United States Army combat veteran, having served from 2008 to 2013. He served in Afghanistan during OEF 2010-11.
